The Climax 10 leather welding apron is designed and constructed to provide full protection against the risk of flying molten metal and glowing particles produced during welding jobs or similar work. The apron is made of top-quality materials that are not hazardous for the wearer’s health and hygiene. The apron has a truncated conical shape from the top to the waist and rectangular shape from the waist to the knees, with a total length of 90 ± 1 cm and bottom width of 60 ± 1 cm. The apron is secured by means of beige polypropylene straps with a nominal width of 20 mm placed around the wearer’s waist and neck. The minimum tensile breaking strength is 250 kg. The strap ends are held by means of plastic adjustment buckles that prevent the apron from accidentally coming loose and allow the wearer to adjust the straps for a snug fit.
