Refund and Returns Policy

At Regus.Supply, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item you have purchased from us. We aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible. Please note that Regus.Supply is a business-to-business retailer, and all transactions are considered business-to-business sales governed by our terms and conditions.

What Can't Be Returned?

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on respiratory equipment, masks, hand sanitizers, and coveralls. These sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If you receive an order with damaged or missing items, please keep all packaging materials, including boxes, wrappings, and any other protective materials, for verification purposes. Do not discard anything from the shipment, as we may need to inspect the packaging to process your claim.

Reporting Damaged or Missing Items:

  • We take great care to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. If you have received an order with missing items or damages, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • If any products are damaged during transit, we will happily replace them as required by law. However, we may request photographic evidence of the defects or incorrect items before processing a replacement.
  • Important: Before returning any items, please contact our returns department to obtain the necessary instructions and authorization.
  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the damage or missing items were caused by our error.

General Return Policy:

  • You can return most items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to most returns (with the exception of certain independent customers who notify us within 14 days). Please note that original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
  • Important: Any modifications made to your order or the items themselves will invalidate your return rights.

Order Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your order before it is dispatched without incurring any charges or fees.
  • If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, the cancellation will be treated as a return, and a 20% restocking fee may be applied.

Special Cases:

  • Fire Retardant Spray and Safety Items: For safety reasons, please contact our customer service team before attempting to return any fire retardant spray or other items where safety might be compromised.
  • Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ear defenders, earplugs, and certain respiratory equipment (unless they are faulty).
  • Personalized or Printed Items: Printed or personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanging for Replacements:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a replacement, you must place a separate new order for the desired replacement item.
  • Your return will be processed separately, and it may take up to 3 weeks for the refund or credit to be issued.
  • Placing a new order ensures that you receive your replacement items promptly, without waiting for the return process to be completed.
